Do you charge actual shipping cost?

No, the shipping we charge is higher than the actual shipping cost. This is because we include the cost of packaging material, insurance and handling.

It is very rare that a package gets lost or broken. There is, however, a chance so we automatically insure your item to guarantee its arrival unbroken. Please note, this insurance is NOT available for overseas buyers (outside the US and Canada) because the insurance cost is extremely expensive and most people refuse to pay it. To provide assistance, we package the items very carefully and with extra padding, thus, damage is extremely unlikely.

US/Canadian Buyers:

All items shipped within US/Canada are automatically insured.

Overseas Buyers:

All items shipped overseas are NOT insured.
