Do you offer refunds?
Yes, most of our items have a maximum 14-30 day return policy.
What do you mean by most items?
Some items in our inventory are sold as is, however, all of these items are in poor condition and are advertised for "parts".
If I open a NEW item and it's defective, can I return it.
If the item is a collectable then no because it's value would have diminished significantly by opening it. If the item is still in production then yes.
Return Summary
We do make mistakes and if this occurs we will work quickly to rectify the situation. If you have an issue with the item received then go to Orders Places under My Toycatacomb.com and select the order in question. If a return is available on any of the item(s) purchased then a button (Return Item(s) will appear. Click this button and complete the form on the next page. An official representative will contact you. Afterwards, return the item in the same condition as you received it. The refund does not include the cost of shipping the item from and to us.
When returning an item back to us you MUST insure the item, because if it arrives broken we will mail it back to you. If it doesn't arrive, then we can't issue the refund.
