Blot is one of the five Terrorcons that combine to form Abominus.  He is a Decepticon with the function of Foot Soldier.  He is “the most disgusting of all Transformers” (according to his Tech Spec) leaving behind a trail of awful smelling ooze wherever he goes.

Besides forming the arm or leg of Abominus, Blot also transforms between his robot mode and creature mode.  When in creature mode he can use his claws to climb any kind of wall.

The Generation 1 Blot was released in 1987.  He was also available in the Abominus gift set released in Japan in the same year.
