Skalor is a Decepticon with the role of Amphibious Assault who transforms between his robot mode and his sea creature mode, therefore belonging to the group called Seacons.  Wherever he goes he leaves behind grease and toxic chemicals and is so repulsive smelling that others will not come near him (according to his Tech Spec).

He is one of the six Seacons (along with Snaptrap, Overbite, Seawing, Nautilator and Tentakil) that combine to form the Undersea Warrior Piranacon, Skalor acting as the arm or leg. 

The Generation 1 Skalor was available individually in 1988 and in the Piranacon giftset (available in Japan) during the same year.
