History:
Metroplex is an Autobot with the function of Battle Station who transforms between his robot mode, his battle station mode and his city mode. He is extremely strong and believes that “vigilance is the foundation on which victories are built” (according to his Tech Spec). Although Metroplex has a very important role he feels that he should strive to do more than he already does.
He comes with three robots: Scamper, Slammer and Six-Gun. Slammer is a tank, Scamper is a sports car (who transforms into robot mode) and Six-Gun is a small robot formed from six of Metroplex’s weapons.
The Generation 1 Metroplex was released in 1986.
Metroplex comes with two purple launchers, two large black guns, a purple double missile, Slammer, a Slammer turret, a purple Six-Gun body/tower, a white Six-Gun chest/tower top, a grey building, a white maser cannon, three black missiles, two black hands (left and right), a black Six-Gun gun, Scamper, black Scamper arms, a black Scamper gun and two white knee caps.
