Galvatron is a cold-hearted and ruthless Decepticon whose motto is: “My power is everything; defeat is absurd!” (according to his Tech Spec) .   His role is City Commander and he strives to become the leader of the Decepticons.  Galvatron transforms between his robot mode and his laser cannon mode.

The Generation 1 Galvatron was released in 1986.
