Scrapper is a Decepticon who transforms between his robot mode and his payloader mode.  He is the leader of the Constructicons (the other Constructicons are Bonecrusher, Hook, Long Haul, Mixmaster and Scavenger) who combine to form Devastator, Scrapper transforming into the right leg and part of the torso of the giant robot.

Scrapper is very talented in his role of Construction Engineer.  He designs various buildings such as energy plants and his trademark is his ability to incorporate defeated Autobots into their structures (according to his Tech Spec).

The Constructicons were released individually in 1985.  They were also available together in the Devastator gift set during the same year.
