Rampage is one of the five Predacons that combine to make Predaking.  He is a Decepticon with the function of gunner.

He transforms between his robot mode and his tiger mode.  Rampage has a furious temper and is quick to violently lash out at anyone, including his friends.   The one thing that does calm him is television, specifically rock videos.  When in tiger mode he can leap great heights and distances and can kick with great power.

The Generation 1 Rampage was released in 1986.   This figure was also included in the Predaking gift set that was available in Japan in 1986.
