Snout Spout is the "Heroic Water-Blasting Firefighter" (as stated on the original toy package). He is a cyborg warrior with a human body and a metal elephant head. His function is firefighter and he has the ability to spray water, which is stored in his backpack, through his metal trunk.

By the time the Snout Spout figure had been released the He-Man cartoon series had been cancelled in order for the new She-Ra series to begin, therefore he was only seen in the latter series. He appeared in three episodes of the She-Ra cartoon, "Small Problems", "Out of the Cocoon" and "Day of the Flowers".
